How do I schedule an appointment?

What insurance do you accept?
Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare accepts almost all major forms of insurance, including but not limited to: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, Optum/United Healthcare, PacifiCare, PHCS, and TRICARE. What is Telehealth and how do I sign up?
Telehealth is the use of technology to provide healthcare services remotely. It is a convenient way to receive mental health care from the comfort of your own home. To sign up for Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare Telehealth services, please call 952-303-6832 or email us at Info@Pinnaclebhc.com.
Can I select any provider for treatment?
You may select any provider from our mental health clinic for treatment. However, we recommend that you speak with your primary care provider or mental health professional to determine which provider would be the best fit for you.
Does Pinnacle support government insurance?
