Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare is proud to offer mental Telehealth Psychiatric Medication Management services. This allows you to meet with your provider from the comfort of your own home or office, using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Telehealth Psychiatric Medication Management is a convenient and effective way to receive psychiatric medication management services. You will be able to meet with your provider on a regular basis, without having to travel to our office.

We offer comprehensive mental telehealth evaluations to determine the best course of treatment, which may or may not include medication. Our providers for mental health work with you to find the right medication at the right dose to help improve your symptoms. We understand that each person is unique and will respond differently to various medications. We will work with you to find the best medication for you, taking into account your individual needs and preferences.

In order to participate in Telehealth Psychiatric Medication Management, you will need:

  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a webcam and microphone
  • A high-speed internet connection

Individual Psychotherapy

Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare offers individual psychotherapy for patients ages 18 and up. Psychotherapy is a process through which you can work with a trained mental health professional to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to gain insight, identify patterns, and learn new ways of coping. Our providers for mental health offer a safe and supportive environment in which you can explore the challenges you are facing and learn new skills to help you manage your symptoms. We offer individual psychotherapy for a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Bipolar disorded
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Substance abuse
  • Schizophrenia

Group Therapy

Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare offers a variety of group therapy options for patients ages 18 and up. Group therapy is a process in which you meet with a trained mental health professional and a group of people who are facing similar challenges.

Group therapy can be an effective treatment for many mental health conditions, as it can provide support, feedback, and perspective from others who are facing similar challenges. Group therapy can also help you learn new skills and develop new ways of coping.

We offer group therapy for a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to:

TMS

Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare is proud to offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy as a cutting-edge, non-invasive treatment for Major Depressive Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. TMS has FDA clearance and is covered by most insurance plans.

TMS Therapy is a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of depression. TMS Therapy is performed while you are awake and alert, and does not require anesthesia or sedation. During TMS therapy, a magnetic coil is placed against your scalp near your forehead. The magnetic field stimulates nerve cells in the region of your brain involved in mood control and depression.

TMS is an outpatient procedure that is usually done 5 times per week for 4-6 weeks. Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare offers a unique theta burst treatment which is approximately 3 and a half minutes, during which time you will be seated comfortably in a reclining chair.

Intranasal Esketamine Therapy

SPRAVATO® is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). It is administered as a nasal spray and taken twice weekly for the first four weeks, then once weekly for the next month. After that, it is usually taken either once a week or every two weeks.

SPRAVATO® is not for everyone, especially if you have a blood vessel disease (aneurysm), an abnormal connection between your blood vessels (arteriovenous malformation), a history of bleeding in the brain, or if you are allergic to esketamine, ketamine, or any of the ingredients in SPRAVATO®.

Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare is a Certified SPRAVATO® Treatment Center. You administer SPRAVATO® nasal spray yourself under the supervision of a healthcare provider at a certified SPRAVATO® treatment center.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Pinnacle Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a treatment platform that provides mental health care and support for individuals experiencing stressful situations that are greater than their outpatient providers(therapist, psychiatrist, DBT group) can manage, but do not need an acute or in patient level of care. IOP provides three (3) hours of treatment each scheduled program day. Our IOP program is a voluntary skill-based program, which provides treatment and support for several psychiatric diagnoses. We will assist you to learn new coping skills and find better ways to manage your mental health disorder. Our program meets from 12:45pm to 4pm Wednesday to Friday and consists of skill-based training and group psychotherapy. Participants are in our program 24 to 30 program days. All participants have access to a psychiatric provider at least once per week.
