This has been by far the best experience I’ve had at the doctors. Every time I have called to schedule or change an appointment, someone has answered right away — at my primary care clinic, I expect to wait at least 30 minutes before someone picks up, so this was pleasantly surprising. The psychiatrist that I saw (Dr. Russ) took great care of me too — she took everything I had to say and my concerns seriously, and she was very kind. I felt really comfortable talking to her.
